Phong The Luu (“Luu”) has been in the real estate business for over 15 years even though his educational background was in engineering. After graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Luu worked at Motorola Corporation as a Digital Engineer for several years.

In 2002, he found his entrepreneurial passion and opened his first beauty salon business. While running a successful beauty salon business, he started his real estate business in 2004. For over a decade, Luu has helped hundreds of his clients from first-time homebuyers to foreign investors going through their real estate transactions as painless as possible. He specializes in affluent Vietnamese speaking clients.

After moving to South Florida in 2015, He has found and organized various community groups such as SoFlo Asians, SoFlo Young Professionals, SoFlo Marketing Workshop to name a few. As an executive team member, he has been leading with Marketing, Membership and Event Planning effort since NAAAP-Miami's inaugural.

Luu enjoys hosting social and business networking events, traveling and dragon boating.

Ms. Vicky Ann Cheung is a Florida native, a graduate of Florida International University and St. Thomas University with studies in Information Technology and Healthcare Management.  Her experience in the IT Healthcare focuses in the areas of Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Decision Support. Broad analytical skills combining proven abilities to translate business requirements into business rules and logic, she has assisted with enhancing corporate operations, process/data mapping, documenting guidelines and procedures. Being solution-oriented with strong relationship-building skills, she was recently recruited to participate in the Data Governance Task Force at Baptist Health South Florida.  

As a board member and founding member of National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Miami, Vicky is proud to share with the NAAAP members all that Miami has to offer; providing an avenue for Asian-American to network professionally and to give back to the community she loves so much. She is also a co-organizer of the SoFlo Asian Community Meet Up.  When Vicky is not at work; she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending local events, and spending time with her dog, Baby.

Though born and raised in the USA, after her undergraduate completion at UCLA in Biochemistry, Lynn spent the next 20 years in Bangkok and only recently returned in 2016 to live closer to her family.  

While in Thailand Lynn practiced business consulting and development with experience and notable success in retail, insurance, medical, sports, advertising and airline industries. She continues to accept invitations as a speaker to motivate and inspire entrepreneurs around the world.

Lynn is a foodie, loves to travel and cook, enjoys time out with friends, self investment courses and community service volunteering.

Christine Dang is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. She works at the Center for AIDS Research, with a focus on monocyte subsets associated with cardiac dysfunction in HIV infected individuals. 

She is also a part of the NAAAP-Miami's dragonboat team, SoFloDragons.

A native of Hong Kong, China, Sean attended schools in Hong Kong and England before coming to the US for his college education. After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Sean moved to Silicon Valley in Northern California and worked as a product engineer for 10 years. Then he moved to St. Louis to join a semiconductor start-up as a quality control manager. In 2010, Sean acquired his MBA from Case Western University in Cleveland, then he relocated to South Florida and acquired his real estate sales license. 

After settling in South Florida with his wife, Sean noticed that the local Asian American professionals needed a platform to conduct business networking and connect with other successful professionals.  There were many groups on social media at the time, but none met these criteria. Therefore in August 2016, Sean organized a meeting in a Chinese restaurant in Sunrise, FL to propose founding a local NAAAP chapter. All the attendees unanimously agreed to the proposal and hence NAAAP Miami was born.

An avid traveler, Sean frequently flies around the world to experience different cultures. While on the trip, he also researches the local real estate markets and makes recommendations to his clients.  Sean has assisted his clients in acquiring and disposing multifamily, hotels/motels, and office buildings. In 2013, Sean represented renowned fitness guru, Jillian Michaels, and her business partner, Giancarlo Chersich, to acquire an office space around Midtown Miami for their company headquarters.

Hans H. Huang is Chief Legal Officer of NAAAP and for his day job, the Chief Legal Officer of Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc., one of the largest construction companies headquartered in Florida.  His legal career includes representing and working with some of the fastest growing companies and their executives throughout the World, from publicly traded e-commerce companies to technology and pharmaceutical organizations; from local restaurants to national specialty food or franchise organizations; from utility companies to financial institutions.  Hans gained an understanding of fiduciary duties and responsibilities in part, by focusing on his Securities Fraud Litigation practice, which led to speaking engagements and advising entrepreneurs regardless of their stage of development, from the local client drop shipping cleaning supplies through a website to career engineers attempting to commercialize military applications of their inventions; from athletes opening wineries to commercial real estate endeavors.

Hans H. Huang caught the entrepreneurial bug in 2004 with his first restaurant venture.  Since 2004, Hans has developed and operated various retail concepts as well as started a real estate and hospitality investment firm.  He also serves as a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association Board - South Florida Chapter Board of Directors.

Tse Fu Wong is a seasoned professional with experience in the telecommunications industry managing sales, pre-sales engineering, operations and channels for networking equipment.

His expertise includes, among others, designing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies combined with strong technical background working primarily in Latam operations with well recognized multinational corporations.

During his career, he developed multicultural skills and lead his teams to develop projects delivering new business opportunities for its customers working multi-year contracts with service operators and power utilities in Latin America. He also participated in Hispanic ERGs in various organizations and University Association serving as co-founder and Vice-president of the Experimental Aircraft Association at ITESM in Mexico.

Tse Fu holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, MBA, Diplomas in Telecommunications, Business Administration and Executive Management.

Currently is Member of the Board and Co-founder in NAAAP-Miami supporting the Business Development and Sponsorship activities.

His hobbies includes collecting stamps in his passport, hiking, biking, rafting and other outdoor and adrenaline sports.
