An informative virtual presentation that will cover the concept of Estate Planning and how proper planning can save you and your family money and grief. The discussion will focus on the importance of planning for death and incapacity to lessen the financial impact on families. We will cover the basic documents everyone should consider having in place, along with general definitions of important terminology, such as Probate, Guardianship, Last Will and Testament, Trust, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate and Living Will.
